On our way home from Alaska we visited Mt. Rushmore National Monument in South Dakota. Should you ever have the opportunity it is a wondrous site. These four Presidents did a lot for our country during their lives and not just during their Presidencies.
Here is Mt. Rushmore with the four Presidents, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theordore “Teddy” Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln framed by one of the arches of the memorial.

Here is a view of the Memorial buildings and walkways with Mount Rushmore in the distance. Well worth a visit.
