Hello everyone, we are back home after a very short trip down to Arkansas. Visited with Tim and Pam Ernst at their new gallery. Had a great time and then early the next morning (4 AM) we headed down to Boxley valley to find the elk in the fog. We were fortunate to find a very nice 6 x 6 bull elk in the far east end of the valley just before we were ready to leave. It was still quite early so there wasn’t a lot of light but we were able to get what we think is a pretty decent image.

We will truly enjoy our visits to the Buffalo national river area. Almost always something interesting to see near Ponca, AR.
