These carved leaves were in the lobby of the lodge at Mt. Magazine, AR. Quite a nice place with a great view.

Larry,
Ken and I Short will be on the Roadtrek trip, but will not join the group until Kenai. I’ve been on your website enjoying your images. I’ll be lugging lots of photographic equipment with me, and hope to bring home a few winners. Q: How many stops is your ‘neutral density’ filter that you used for the waterfalls?
Dottie Short
Hello Dottie,
I set my Nikon to ISO 100 and used a polarizer. f11 or f13 and an overcast sky gave me a long enough exposure to blur the water.
We will look forward to meeting you at Kenai. We will be in Teklanika (sic) for the three nights the group is scheduled to be there.
