A day off

We decided today to take a day off from visiting the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. Instead we drove around to some areas we had not seen before and ended up on a country road where we found some photo opportunities.

We enjoyed a more leisurely day for a change. And we hope you will enjoy the images we present below.

We found an area of wildflowers blooming and share them with you here:

While we were out exploring it was fun to watch the shadows of the clouds dance around on the hills and mountains. Below is our attempt to share this with you although a still image does not do it justice.

The wildflowers are just beautiful. Amazing how they grow with no obvious care. I guess they get a little rain from an afternoon mountain shower. Great photos ‼️

A leisure, rambling day is a blessing and your images are too. The last photo’s title should be, “Layer Cake”. 🤠
