Denali National Park and Preserve


We had a very nice morning today. Drove back and forth some on the publicly accessible park road. Also visited the sled dogs and viewed the dog exhibition. Those images later.

Our first trip out to where Mt. McKinley can be viewed it was mostly clouded in.

About two hours later Denali as the natives call it was in full view, magnificent!

The image below was taken with a telephoto lens.
This is a closer view. From this viewpoint it is about 70 miles away.
